Redefining print for professionals

Pre-Press

Our professional pre-press team are able to take your artwork, prepare the files for print and eliminate any potential problems before they happen. If you need a hand putting your artwork together, we are here to help. One of our friendly members of staff will discuss your design requirements to produce striking visuals that are perfect for your chosen printed product and desired target audience.

Digital print

In 2012, we invested in a Ricoh Pro C901 digital press, to meet changing markets and a growing customer need. The Ricoh C901 is the market’s fastest press in its class. It uses a new oil-free toner for improved accuracy, consistancy and delivering offset-like results. It complements the litho operation by offering the same quality products, but in shorter runs at excellent value and with the capability to print customised content and variable data.

Litho sheet fed print

We operate two state-of-the-art B2 and B3 presses to produce premium litho printed work.

The Roland 500 is a 4-colour B2 press, which prints 15,000 sheets per hour and features the fastest color control system on the market. It offers inline coating, eradicating the need for a separate coating process and giving rapid drying to shorten make-ready time. This press is highly automated, providing the fastest print speeds but with absolutely no compromise on quality.

The Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52 is a 5-colour B3 press, customised to our own requirements to meet our clients’ needs. So regardless of the nature of your job, the focus always remains on cost-effectiveness and the very best quality.

Bindery and finishing

Following the print process, we use the most revolutionary bindery and finishing technology to complete your printed product. The Polar 92XT Guillotine is an impressive piece of kit featuring a stack lift and jogger to aid registration, remove static and trim the job to perfection. We operate two Stahl 52 combination folding machines, a Letterpress Cylinder for cutting and creasing, automatic collators, a wiro binder and a two or four head drill.

2010 saw the installation of the Heidelberg Stitchmaster ST100, a professional saddlestitcher with high productivity levels and consistently reliable performance. With up to four stitching heads, reduced pile pressure and automated quality control, you will be left rightfully proud of your finished product.
